A bottle of both the Black Coffee and Texas Pecan concentrates were sent to GeahHaiku for review. Chameleon was a hit on numerous fronts. First and foremost, both coffees were incredibly smooth. Chameleon's slow brew process let's the deep coffee (Black Coffee version) flavor shine while toning down the acidity. The result is coffee that's so easy to sip. It took a little tinkering to get the concentrate to water or milk ratio right, but that's a good thing. We love the versatility the concentrates offer. Based on the time of day, mood, workload, etc., you're going to be looking for different coffee intensities and the concentrated brew allows that custom coffee option. The caffeine content is increased with the cold brew process. Mornings with Chameleon were jump started with about 4 ounces of the Chameleon concentrate over ice with a tiny splash of whole milk and water. With the cold brew revolution fully underway, it's exciting to see a company not cutting corners and taking great pride in the brews they're crafting. Well done Chameleon. We are fans!
